These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of pureleafflower.nyc (the "Site"), operated by Mirae Corp, doing business as Pure Leaf Flower ("we", "us", "our"), a New York State licensed adult-use cannabis dispensary at 40-28 Murray Street, Flushing, NY 11354, under Adult-Use Retail Dispensary license OCM-RETL-25-000458. You can verify our license at cannabis.ny.gov. By using this Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be 21 or older
This Site and our store are intended only for adults 21 years of age or older. By entering the Site you represent that you are at least 21. New York law requires us to verify that every customer is 21 or older, with a valid government-issued photo ID, before any sale in store or on delivery. We do not sell cannabis to anyone under 21.
No sales through this website
This Site provides information about our dispensary. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, and placing items in any cart or list does not complete a purchase. All sales are completed only in person at our licensed premises or through our lawful delivery service, subject to ID verification, product availability, purchase limits, and applicable New York State law.
