About Pure Leaf Flower

Pure Leaf Flower is a New York State licensed adult-use cannabis dispensary in Flushing, Queens. Our legal name is Mirae Corp, doing business as Pure Leaf Flower. You will find us at 40-28 Murray Street, Flushing, NY 11354, a short walk from Main Street and the Flushing–Main St 7 train station. We serve adults 21 and older who have a valid government-issued photo ID.

Pure Leaf Flower holds New York State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) Adult-Use Retail Dispensary License OCM-RETL-25-000458, issued December 16, 2025 and valid through December 16, 2027. The license is listed as active in the OCM license registry. Like every licensed dispensary, we post the OCM Dispensary Verification Tool decal near our entrance so you can scan it and confirm that we appear on the state's list of licensed dispensaries (Source: NY OCM).

What the license means for how we operate:

• Regulated supply. Everything we sell comes from a New York licensed cultivator or processor and is tested by a licensed laboratory for cannabinoid content and contaminants, as required under 9 NYCRR Part 130. Each package carries a QR code or link to its Certificate of Analysis (Source: NY OCM).
• Regulated labels. New York's packaging and labeling rules (9 NYCRR Part 128) require the state universal symbol, THC and CBD amounts, ingredients, lot number, expiration date and state warnings on every package. Our Reading Labels guide walks through a real label.
• Taxes that stay local. Each adult-use retail sale carries a 13% excise tax: 9% to New York State and 4% local. The local 4% on a sale in Flushing goes to New York City, which did not opt out of adult-use retail, and the state share funds education, community reinvestment grants, and drug treatment and public education (Sources: NYS Tax Department; NY OCM fact sheet). Adult-use cannabis is exempt from regular sales tax.

What we carry

Our online menu currently lists flower and pre-rolls, with more categories added as they arrive. Every cannabis product on it is a New York licensed, lab-tested product from a licensed New York processor or cultivator, labeled with its THC and CBD content.

When we choose what to stock, we look for complete and accurate lab results, clear labeling, a range of product forms, and products across a range of labeled THC and CBD amounts so that newer consumers have lower-dose options. Education first

Our budtenders take time to explain what is on a label, what a terpene profile does and does not tell you, and how onset and duration differ between product forms. Responsible adult use

Cannabis is for adults 21 and older, and it affects everyone differently. Adult-use cannabis is not a medicine and is not approved to treat, cure or prevent any condition. Here is the guidance New York asks us to share:

• Start low and go slow. New York suggests that someone new to cannabis start an edible at 2.5 to 5 milligrams of THC, and that edibles can take hours to reach peak effects, so wait before taking more (Source: NY OCM). See Edible Dosing.
• Store it safely. Keep products in their original child-resistant packaging, locked, and out of sight and reach of children and pets.
• Do not drive. It is illegal to drive under the influence of cannabis in New York. Do not drive after consuming and do not ride with an impaired driver; plan a sober ride. Cannabis cannot be consumed in a motor vehicle.
• Know where to get help. If someone accidentally consumes cannabis, contact the Poison Center at 1-800-222-1222, or call 911 in a medical emergency. Concerned about your cannabis use? • Keep it in New York. It is illegal to take cannabis across state lines, even to another state where adult-use cannabis is legal.

Adult-use only, not medical cannabis

Pure Leaf Flower is an adult-use retail dispensary. We do not certify patients and we do not dispense medical cannabis. Products in the medical program may differ from the adult-use market in product form, serving size and pricing. Flushing is home

New York City did not opt out of adult-use retail sales, so a licensed dispensary can operate here in Flushing, Queens, and the local excise tax from each sale goes to New York City. How we keep it compliant

• We sell only to adults 21 and older with a valid government-issued photo ID, every visit, and we refuse sales to anyone who appears visibly intoxicated.
• We follow New York's limits: an adult may buy up to 3 ounces of cannabis flower and up to 24 grams of concentrate per day (Source: NY OCM Know Your Rights).
• Consumption is not allowed on our premises.
• Our website has a 21+ age gate and shows our license number, the state-required warnings and help-line information.
