This Privacy Policy explains how Mirae Corp, doing business as Pure Leaf Flower (“we”, “us”, “our”), handles personal information at our licensed adult-use cannabis dispensary and on pureleafflower.nyc.
We are licensed by the New York State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) under Adult-Use Retail Dispensary license OCM-RETL-25-000458, at 40-28 Murray Street, Flushing, NY 11354. You can verify our license at cannabis.ny.gov.
This site is for adults 21 and over
Our website and our store are intended only for people aged 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 21, we will delete it. Age-gate answers are stored only in your browser so you are not asked repeatedly.
What we collect
- Age verification. New York law requires us to verify that every customer is 21 or older before a sale. In store and on delivery we check a valid government-issued photo ID.
- Transaction information. Items purchased, amounts, date and time, and payment confirmation, which we are required to record for regulatory reporting and inventory tracking.
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number or delivery address when you contact us, place an order, or ask to join a mailing list.
- Website information. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) and cookies used to operate the site and remember your age-gate answer.
Limits New York places on us
Under 9 NYCRR § 123.10(d)(5), a retail dispensary may not acquire or record cannabis consumer personal information without consent, unless that information is of the kind ordinarily acquired in a sales transaction. We follow this rule: beyond confirming that you are 21 or older and recording the transaction itself, we collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us.
When we check your ID, we confirm your age and the validity of the document. We do not keep a copy of your ID or build a profile from it for marketing.
How we use information
- To verify age and complete your purchase or delivery.
- To meet our obligations to the OCM and other authorities, including inventory tracking, record keeping, tax reporting, and product recalls.
- To answer your questions and provide customer service.
- To send you messages you have asked to receive. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep our site and premises secure and to prevent fraud.
We do not sell your personal information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who work on our behalf, such as our point-of-sale and inventory-tracking system, payment processors, delivery staff, and website hosting. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
- Regulators and law enforcement, where the OCM, the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance, or another authority requires it, or where the law otherwise compels disclosure.
How long we keep it
Cannabis regulations require us to retain certain sales, inventory, and compliance records for a set period, and we keep those for as long as the OCM requires. Information you give us for marketing is kept until you ask us to remove it. Website server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.
How we protect it
Consistent with the New York SHIELD Act (General Business Law § 899-bb), we maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. Our site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. If a breach of private information occurs, we will notify affected New York residents as required by General Business Law § 899-aa.
Your choices
- Marketing. Unsubscribe using the link in any email, or contact us and we will remove you.
- Access, correction, deletion. Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you, correct it, or delete it, except where we are legally required to keep it.
- Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. The age gate may then ask you again on each visit.
- Do Not Track. Our site does not respond to Do Not Track signals.
If you live in a state with additional privacy rights, contact us and we will honor any rights that apply to you.

Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed, and material changes will be posted on this page.
